ZeroCore is designed for use by financial institutions and authorised users within controlled environments. Access and use of the platform are subject to agreed deployment models, including Proof of Concept (PoC) and full implementation phases.
2. Platform Use
ZeroCore provides AI-powered workflow orchestration, including analysis, monitoring, document processing, and decision support.
Users agree to:
Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Operate within defined organisational policies and permissions
Ensure that access credentials are securely managed
The platform is intended to support operational processes, not replace institutional decision-making responsibilities.
3. AI-Assisted Functionality
ZeroCore includes AI components that generate outputs, recommendations, and automated actions.
AI outputs are assistive and subject to human validation
Institutions retain full responsibility for final decisions
All actions and outputs are traceable and auditable
4. Access & Permissions
Access to ZeroCore is controlled through role-based permissions.
Users are granted access based on organisational roles
Actions within the system are logged and attributable
Institutions are responsible for managing user access and roles
5. Data Ownership & Responsibility
All data processed within ZeroCore remains the property of the client institution.
ZeroCore does not claim ownership over client data
Institutions are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data provided
Data processing occurs within defined and controlled environments
6. Security & Compliance
ZeroCore is designed to operate within regulated environments.
Security measures include access controls, monitoring, and data isolation
The platform supports compliance with AML, KYC, and related frameworks
Institutions remain responsible for regulatory compliance within their operations
7. Integration & Deployment
ZeroCore may integrate with existing systems through controlled interfaces.
Deployment may begin with a Proof of Concept (PoC) phase
Full implementation is subject to separate commercial agreements
Integration scope and responsibilities are defined per deployment
8. Service Availability
ZeroCore is provided as a managed platform.
Availability, performance, and support levels may vary by deployment agreement
Planned maintenance and updates may occur to improve functionality and security
9. Limitations of Use
Users must not:
Attempt to bypass system controls or security mechanisms
Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorised purposes
Introduce harmful or malicious data into the system
10. Liability
ZeroCore provides tools and outputs to support operations.
The platform does not assume responsibility for business decisions made by users
Institutions remain accountable for how outputs are used
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and contractual agreements
11. Governing Framework
Applicable law and jurisdiction are defined within the commercial agreement between ZeroCore and the client institution.
